PRESS RELEASE: Voter Integrity & Accessibility
The Buxton, Frisco & Hatteras Democratic Precinct invites Dare County citizens to a discussion on voter integrity and accountability. The featured speaker is Randy Fenninger, Secretary of the Dare County Board of Elections. Randy will discuss safeguarding the will of the voters and ensuring that the democratic process is protected, accessible, and transparent. He will highlight the changes Dare County voters will experience in the 2026 mid-term elections. In addition to answering questions,

He has experience in finance, legislation, and nonprofit management.
Following Randy’s presentation and Q&A, Bob Muller, the Organizing Director of Dare County Get Out the Vote team, will discuss how his team is connecting with Dare County voters. Election rules have changed. This meeting is a crucial opportunity for community members to engage with two key speakers on the pressing issue of 2026 voting integrity and accessibility.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 12, at the Fessenden Center in Buxton, 46830 N Carolina Hwy 12, starting at 7:00 p.m.
